Mental health is a physical illness that damages the human’s mind and makes difficulties in coping up with the casual demands of life or in a daily life routine. Anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and eating disorder are part of mental health illnesses.

Houston University of Texas organized a session on Mental Health Awareness for its students and how to keep a mental state normal while dealing with other chores in life. UHT understands the pressure on the human mind of this era where the economy is going down rapidly, especially after a pandemic and a pressure in pursuing their career professionally. The main reason behind conducting this session is to make students feel the importance to keep their mental health normal. UHT’s management has decided to do a mental health awareness session at least once a year for the betterment of their students.

In a session, we spread awareness that how much it is important to maintain the mental well-being of a person to accomplish their professional and educational goals. Students can adopt a healthy sleeping pattern for their daily routine, start working on interpersonal skills and develop strategic problem-solving techniques for their lives. This session helped students to manage their education and professional life simultaneously.
